What started as a hobby soon evolved into a full-blown obsession—experimenting with brewing methods, exploring coffee origins from around the world, and dialing in roast profiles to unlock bold and nuanced flavors. Eventually, we took the leap and invested in our first small-batch coffee roaster. The moment we smelled that first roast, we knew we were hooked.

Today, with a larger roaster and refined technique, we’re proud to share our craft with coffee lovers across the United States. Every bag is roasted in Southeast Michigan and shipped fresh to your door—whether you're a home brewer, café, or office.
